IMG_0456The Leechburg Public Library was established on September 1, 1926, as a combined school and public library, each contributing to its support. Today, we are still operating in Leechburg High School.
We are open Monday through Thursday from 4:00 until 8:30 p.m. except for holidays, inclement weather, and Leechburg Area High School's commencement ceremony.  We will post any closures on our home page and on our Facebook page.

Mission Statement: It is the mission of the Leechburg Public Library to provide materials, programs, and human and technological support to (1) facilitate social and cultural discourse, (2) promote civic participation and a sense of community, and (3) foster intellectual growth and love of learning for the community we serve, with special attention for the children.

Location We are located inside Leechburg Area High School.  Our entrance is on Siberian Avenue and is marked "Public Library." We are just around the corner from the main high school entrance.
