Mary has a talent for capturing the beautiful colors and inviting vistas of western Pennsylvania. Mary Alvarado grew up in Washington Township but currently lives in San Diego. She teaches Thermal Imaging and FAA Part 107 Certification Prep classes at the National City Adult School. Mary visits her hometown as much as possible and enjoys taking photos of the incredible beauty found in Western Pennsylvania. Mary and her husband, John, also run a non-profit called the Good Neighbor Project which provides services to under-served youth, families, veterans and the homeless.
