Instructions

To access any resources from PowerLibrary: you must sign in using your Ford City Library library card. To do so you will be prompted to enter the library card number listed on your card. IMPORTANT: You must enter p00 before your library card number. Otherwise it will not work.

 

To access E-book and E-audiobooks through overdrive: you can use the link on this page. To sign in you must enter your Library card number as is appears on your library card. You may also be prompted to enter a pin number. This is set automatically to the phone number we have on file for you. From there you may browse and download E-books and E-audiobooks to read on your computer, smart device, or kindle e-reader. You can also download the Libby app straight to your smart device. The login process is very similar. You will be prompted to find your library. Search for Ford City Public Library and select the option that says Newcastle. Enter your information the same as you would on the Overdrive website.
